Winning lifes war even though sometimes Im losing the battles

Watching this crazy little world spin around with me on it. Got the cousins visiting and need to show em a good time tomorrow. Making plans for some incredible fun a little later. Will we ever get a hold of the craziness?

If I had a dollar for everytime life was going like this

Here in the kitchen and wondering if I belong. Here with Carlos, Vinnie, Trina, Patrick and 3 other people I dont even know yet but probably will in the next few hours. Making the most of a few spare hours cause I know that wont last long. Considering grabbing some drinks for the evening chill.

Hanging out

Spending the day away from Carol. Have my nephew over for 3 days trying to figure out what he likes. Having a good time and not worrying about much at all. How many birds in the hand are worth one in the bush?

Sitting on the front room floor with that old shag carpet underneath me and my favorite hanging lamp over my head. Have my nephew over for 3 days trying to figure out what he likes. Pretending that Im some cool world leader with all of the possibilities of a true dictator playing out before me. Trying to figure out who to bring along when we head out a little later.

Ive been wondering about a few things lately
